No where else in the world can you find the range of disciplines in one school. Over the last 50 years as we forged new programs, built our home in New York and expanded to our global academic centers, institutes emerged. Each are built with shared values, common goals, and a priority for putting students first. The result – a place where artists and scholars create the future.
Access may be limited, and ongoing safety and social distancing measures will be in place. Spring '21 classes are a mix of in-person, “blended” (remote and in-person combined) and fully remote. Workshops and lab space will be available at 370 Jay, 4th floor in Brooklyn to support the spring curriculum.
Staff and faculty work a mixed schedule of in-person and remote during Spring '21. For assistance, you can always use our People Page for contact information, or address questions to: info@itp.nyu.edu
ITP is a two-year graduate program located in the Tisch School of the Arts whose mission is to explore the imaginative use of communications technologies — how they might augment, improve, and bring delight and art into people's lives. Perhaps the best way to describe us is as a Center for the Recently Possible.
We also offer a bachelor's degree for our undergraduate program, IMA (Interactive Media Arts)!
