Philip DeRise is a filmmaker trained in the Graduate Film program of NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Asia. He is currently a Senior Producer/Director within the Group Nine Media's Brandshop.
Philip has directed and produced over 70 documentary, narrative, and branded films for clients that include Grey Advertising, the Museum of Jewish Heritage, Paul Newman Charity's Serious Fun Group, Audible, Coca-Cola, Longwave, Doctors of the World, and the United Nations. His broadcast commercial work has been featured within Creativity-Online's best of the week of advertising and made the AICP Awards shortlist.
Festival screenings include the Cleveland International Film Festival, Angelika NewFilmmakers Series at New York's Anthology Film Center, The Coachella Review, Fich International Comedy Film Festival, and Centre Images. Studio feature films credits include production work on Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Law and Order: Criminal Intent, 13 Going on 30, and Unfaithful.
